Individual (one-on-one) MM F·I·T training (60 min)
This exercise model ensures a total commitment of our experts to achieving your desirable health, functional and aesthetic goals through the unique MM F·I·T functional training system.
We recommend this model to our clients in the first phases of their training routines; especially to our clients who have no prior training experience, who have a relatively low fitness level and/or functional gait and posture insufficiencies and, finally, to clients who suffer from chronic diseases (e.g. cardio-vascular and respiratory diseases, and metabolic and musculoskeletal disorders). This model also entails occasional training effects assessment through partial fitness and movement functionality assessment.
Semi-individual (2 people) MM F·I·T training – (60 min)
This exercise modality ensures a high level of individualized approach while simultaneously providing motivational and other benefits of work in pairs.
This model is recommended for experienced clients who possess similar fitness levels and body functionality. The model also entails progress tracking through partial fitness and movement functionality assessment.
Group (4 people) MM F·I·T training (60 min)
This exercise modality integrates the benefits of the MM F·I·T training modality with the advantages of working in a group; workouts are carried out in small groups and partial initial fitness and movement functionality assessment is also included, which, in turn, allows for an individualized approach to key training sections (correction of movement patterns, optimization of training intensity). Partial assessment is carried out every two months so that the training effects can be effectively evaluated. We recommend this model to healthy clients with certain prior experience; if our client lacks this experience, we highly recommend several individual MM F·I·T training sessions before continuing with group training.
Group (5 people) MM B·E·S·T training – (60 min)
We have named this unique exercise model, derived from the MM F·I·T functional training system, B·E·S·T (Balance, Elegance & Strength Training), because it emphasizes balance and stability, elegance and mobility, as well as strength.
This model is appropriate for men and women alike, and is highly recommended for individuals who have a preference for Yoga, Pilates, and Tai-Chi exercise routines. It also includes partial initial fitness and movement functionality assessment, which, in turn, allows for an individualized approach to key training sections. Partial assessment is carried out every two months so that the training effects can be effectively evaluated.
Note that it is possible to design an exercise routine that combines both individual and group training models.
“Out-of-house” model – exercise prescription
This model is recommended for healthy clients with previous recreational training experience and for clients who work with their personal coaches; however, even the less experienced clients may benefit from this program following an education in Motus Melior.
Our team of experts will use the fitness assessment results in order to prescribe an optimal independent exercise routine for our client. They will also assure that the client is using appropriate equipment and, through 3-5 individual training sessions, will educate the client for independent work. This model comprises a detailed exercise presentation as well as all the relevant workload and progression parameters.
In addition, it is possible to combine independent training and training at Motus Melior. This model is specifically tailored to clients who travel often and for clients who enjoy participating in cyclic endurance activities in the open (e.g. walking, running, cycling, in-line skating etc.), and who cannot independently implement other types of exercise routines that are necessary in order to optimize other components of the health-related fitness.
