Improve your fitness and performance in the sport you are active in and reduce the risk of sports injuries with the Motus Melior Expert Team.

The design and implementation of fitness training at the Motus Melior Center is based on results of the diagnostics of physical fitness, mental and emotional state of the organism and the identified risk factors for injury, and is aligned with the requirements of the particular sport, competition calendar and training at the club.

The main features of individual fitness training that we conduct at the Motus Melior Center are the following:

Sport specificity

The trainings are aimed at improving the factors that primarily limit the athlete's performance on the field while maintaining well-developed abilities and qualities. Tracking the athlete's performance and field efficiency we monitor the degree of transfer of training to performance. This, of course, also depends on the age of the athlete.


The trainings we conduct are flexibly designed to allow weekly and daily modifications related to the progress of training at the club and playing matches / competing in events. This prevents improper dosing of loads that can lead to excessive athlete fatigue, decreased performance and increased risk of injury.

Progressiveness and variability

In order to ensure a positive adjustment to training, the components of intensity, extension and frequency of training are progressively increased through the season(s). Also, the introduction of new exercises encourages motivation, motor learning and the cognitive component of training.

Prevention of sports injuries

Our training system implements a multidimensional prevention strategy that includes:

  • optimum warm-up for training and cool-down upon completion of training
  • gradual progression in lifting the training loads
  • development of specific endurance and situational speed
  • monitoring and balancing psycho-physical stress and recovery
  • reduction of stress on the locomotor system with supplementary training aimed at optimizing coordination and efficiency of the athlete's movement
  • development of stress tolerance and "robustness" of athletes with supplementary training that causes positive adaptive changes in the bone, joint, muscle and connective tissues.

For top athletes who train and compete internationally, we offer high-quality, long-distance professional support in the form of periodic diagnostics and the design of personalized training and prevention strategies that are aligned with the competition schedule. For this purpose, we use a special online and mobile application with more than 3000 videos of basic and specific exercises.

For the last two years, I have been successfully working with Professor Marković on regeneration, fitness and recovery from injuries and pain.
