Individual programmes of fitness training in the Motus Melior Centre will help you in accomplishing the desired transformation.

In order to help you in the realisation of your goals and optimise your fitness level, we have designed specific individual exercise programmes, adjusted to your age, gender, health status and skills:

MM Physio – An individual exercise programme of a kinesitherapeutical nature

Intended for persons who, due to certain orthopaedic limits, poor body posture, minor back or joint difficulties, osteoporosis, or any other health issues, need a special, kinesitherapeutic approach to exercise.

MM Fit – An individual exercise programme of a transformational character

Intended for healthy persons of any age, whose primary goals are body shaping, fitness improvement and health maintenance or promotion.

MM Sport – An individual programme of a sports-recreational character

Intended for recreational athletes (e.g. recreational tennis players, recreational runners) who want to improve their work abilities and performance in their preferred sport and simultaneously reduce injury risks.

The listed individual programmes, led by the Masters of kinesiology, fitness or kinesitherapy specialists, are realised in the excellently equipped space. Since the goals of the programmes are body shaping, the transformation of all the health-promoting fitness components as well as health maintenance or promotion, we utilise a wide spectrum of exercises in the training sessions. The adoption and improvement of human natural movement patterns are particularly emphasised. These patterns are classified according to their functional requirements and transformational effects:

  • Corrective movements used to correct functional insufficiencies in body posture and locomotion
  • Controlled dynamic movements and static exercises executed with a big amplitude in order to improve the mobility of the body
  • Postural and stabilisation movements and exercises that improve balance, proprioception and the functional stability of the trunk and joints
  • Dynamic quick movements against one’s own body mass aimed at stimulating the development of strength and speed, while simultaneously improving body composition and bone density
  • Multi-joint movements against various types of resistance (one’s own body mass, elastic rubber bands, pneumatic resistance, weights, medicine balls, etc.) that stimulate the development of strength and muscle endurance, while simultaneously shaping the body
  • Cyclic natural movements on innovative ergometers aimed at improving the metabolism and aerobic fitness and at transforming body composition.

For the last two years, I have been successfully working with Professor Marković on regeneration, fitness and recovery from injuries and pain.
